Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods such as opened antifouling paints that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed.
